Carbon x Takayuki exclusive collaboration. Workhorse style gyuto with true 240mm edge length and 56mm heel height.

These blades were forged by Master Itsuo Doi using Aogami 2 core steel and hand laminated warikomi in iron cladding. These blades are heat treated to about 63hrc for best performance and edge retention. Sharpened by Mitsuo Yamatsuka, the grind is convex and the cladding is full kasumi finished. The handle is magnolia octagonal with horn ferrule.
