Tsutomu Kajiwara is a third generation blacksmith from Tosa, located in the Kochi prefecture. Kajiwara specializes in hand forged san-mai blades primarily from aogami #2 or blue paper #2 steel. Kajiwara knives are cladded in iron and have a rustic hand forged kurouchi finish. Fitted with rosewood oval shaped Japanese handles.
