Makoto Kurosaki is a blacksmith and incredible sharpener from Echizen, Japan. He trained under the highly skilled blacksmith Hiroshi Kato and famed sharpener Hiromi Morimoto. This series is made using a damascus core of VG-10 folded with VG2. The blade is sharpened shinogi style with a tsuchime hammered finish. Excellent fit and finish, comes with octagonal rosewood handle.
