Katsushige Anryu is a fourth generation blacksmith from Takefu. He trained under his father Katsutoshi Anryu and has been making blades for over 50 years. This series is made by Anryu san and his nephew Ikeda san.
This line is forged in White Steel #2, wrapped in Kurouchi Damascus. These knives are easy to sharpen and leave a super sharp edge. Fitted with an oval rosewood handle.
