FRK series by Hasegawa are professional quality soft plastic cutting boards that are amazing on preserving the sharpness of the blade. The softer material absorbs the blow of your knives edge where traditional plastic boards can dull your knife much more rapidly. These use a wooden core that is fully sealed which not only makes the board much lightweight but prevents bending or warping over extended use. The boards surface has a light texture which helps ingredients from sliding for a safer using experience.
These boards are SIAA approved for antibacterial properties and are 100% dishwasher and bleach safe.
