Forged by Yoshimi Kato from Echizen, Japan.

This series is made from aogami super steel (blue super) steel treated to 63-64 hrc and cladded in stainless with a nashiji finish. This knife is very thin behind the edge and has excellent edge retention. The handle is made from oval rosewood.
